I got these felt flowers and letters at Hobby Lobby for a dollar. I folded some scrapbook paper to make little Easter eggs. I love the cheery colors!
I used the leftover flowers to make a sweet little arrangement. I hot glued them onto drinking straws, arranged them in foam in a cute bucket I found for $.50 at Goodwill, and then used an old white t-shirt to cover the foam.
I found these "paint your own eggs" at the dollar store. I used sparkly glaze to brighten them up.
I love Easter, but it is so much more than pretty decorations. Easter is about death and life and becoming a new creation through the sacrifice of Jesus. I pray that I stay focused on this throughout the Easter season. Thank you Jesus for giving your life for me.

Lovely decorations. It's a shame that people decorate their houses to celebrate Christmas but Easter is often forgotten about. I think both are worth making a fuss over!
