I love making these simple, sweet hair pins.
You will need 15 circles [I used a spool of thread as a template]. You can use however many colors of fabric you like.
Stack the circles and cut a notch out of the top one. It should look like a little heart.
Starting from the bottom of the stack, sew a few stitches to attach the circles together and a pearl in the center. You can use any kind of bead or button you want.
I found these bobby pins at hobby lobby. I like them because they have a round disc that makes it easy to attach to the flower. Use jewelry glue [or another heavy glue] to put it all together.
Bring on spring!!
Cute!

ReplyDeleteHey Laura, thanks so much for entering the give away! I saw your question about the RSS counter, it's actually really easy to set up! If you haven't "burned" your blog through google feedburner (just google it) then you totally should. It gives you a lot of information about everything that is happening with your feed. After you set up feedburner, there is a tab on there titled share or publicize, or something like that, and it has an option to put a "chicklet" (I think that's what they call the counter thing) on your blog. You just follow some really easy instructions, and BAM! you're ready to go! Let me know if you have any more questions about it. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're having a great day!
Happy new friend Friday!!! I am following you now, come follow me!
