Giving Yoga A Try

A few things I know:

I have a stressful job
I am a stressful person in general
I need to lose a few pounds

And that is where this comes in...
I've got my yoga mat
my husband's making me yoga blocks
I think I'm ready

  3. I looove yoga! I feel amazing when I'm done with it every day.

  4. I hope you love it. I adore it. But, I will say I didn't LOVE it until I went to a class and learned to do things correctly. It makes a big difference. My recommendation is to take a few classes just to get the hang of it. It really helps and you can carry over to the video.

  6. I have this on my 30 before 30 list, cant wait to try it. Interesting that someone said try a class, I thought I needed to learn at home than go but I will dive in with a class when I do it!!

  7. you will love it. It is really really rewarding-physically, spiritually and mentally. And I am not what I would call a "yoga freak"...Seriously.
