Bittersweet Goodbye Part 1


Bye bye hair.

You've been oh so good to me, and I have loved you for so long.

But now I send you off to someone who really needs you. 

I will miss you, but I am happy to know that wherever you're going, you'll be loved.

I don't have pictures yet of my new haircut, and I'm not quite ready to tell the story, but I will soon. Promise.

    I can't wait to see pictures! I wonder if I can be patient enough to grow out my hair before chopping it again. I'd love to donate my hair again. :)

    You rock!! What a blessing for someone who really needs it!! My daughter and I have donated our hair 3 times to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. Great job.

    Congrats on helping someone else! I have been on the verge of donating my hair as well. I've measured plenty of times to donate 12", but can't seem to have the courage yet to cut it so short. I've also been looking around to many different places for donation.. thanks for bring up Pantene!

    How much did you end up donating and how did you settle on Pantene?

    Good for you! It will grow back. I've done this four times in my life, and it hurts more the older I get. I did it while prego 3 years ago and wouldn't suggest EVER going that drastic while pregnant. But, it's grown back. We are blessed to have hair. It will be so appreciated!
