Pomegranates [+ winner]

Yesterday's grocery trip was an adventure in produce! We got peaches, apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, mangoes, lemons, limes, and...

a pomegranate.

    I LOVE pomegranates! I never buy them in summer though, only in winter.

    Slice into four pieces and harvest submerged in a bowl of water. Your kitchen will thank me later!

    pomegranates are so gorgeous, aren't they? i've only eaten one whole once & it was it college.. my roomie was the one to crack it open so i have no tips for you!
