Tonight

Tonight I had my RA staff over for a little holiday party. 

There was cider, hot chocolate, and lots and lots of cookies!

["homemade" peppermint sugar cookies and lots of sprinkles]

Need a quick cider recipe? A bottle of apple juice, a little less than a bottle of cranberry juice, a few cinnamon sticks and a few whole cloves. Put it in the crock pot on low.

We had a white elephant gift exchange.

We watched Home Alone.

And we wore ugly sweaters. 

Now the point was probably to wear an ugly holiday sweater but a.) I didn't want to spend a lot of money 2.) I couldn't really find one and d.) this one was too good to pass up.

I wish I had one to give to all my handmade friends!

Also, anyone catch the funny joke I made? If you didn't, you obviously have not watched Home Alone as much as I have.
