I Made It: Camera Case

I am most definitely a beginner when it comes to sewing. My sewing machine intimidates me, but I've been trying to get more comfortable. I'm still not very good, but my stitches are getting a bit straighter.

I made this last night using the tutorial found here.


I love it! And I can't believe I actually made it!

  6. Very nice! I found I used to be afraid of my sewing machine. The biggest thing that helped me get over it was receiving free fabric. I first got some small pieces from a lady on freecycle, and then not that long ago my friend's mom gave me 3 giant boxes full! When I know that I didn't pay for it I'm not so scared if I mess up!
