Stopping by to say hello! 

Also saying that I missed you! And sorry that I've been gone so long!

I was a business trip last week, got back Sunday, and frankly have been too tired to do anything but work and sleep.

Oh and read. Read The Help. Can't put it down.

I've been running low on energy lately. 

I asked folks on facebook to share what they do when they feel like that.

Laurie from Scene of Sublime told me to paint a picture/abstract in pretty bright colors! Even if I'm not a painter!

Naomi from The Incomplete Works of Anselm recommended fresh cut flowers.

Mindy from Marigold Road suggested that I get good exercise, drink lots of water, and go to bed on time.

Do you have any advice?

I have about a billion things I should do and need to do. But tonight I'm allowing myself to relax, make a cup of tea, and finish off my book!

  2. I get more energized when I do a fun physical activity. I don't like plain exercise, but if I go dancing or to the trampoline park or laser tag then I get a bit of a workout and have lots of fun!

  3. The Help is sooooo good. The movie is OK, but the book is wonderful.
